You can add or remove Scene Numbers in the Edit Script Formats window.
1. Go to Format > Edit Script Formats.
2. Click the Scene Headings button (on the right).
3. Go to the Scene Numbers section.
4. Check the box next to Left or Right (or both) depending on which side of the script you would like the scene numbers to appear.
5. Click OK.
