IMPORTANT: This message only pertains to the backup copy being saved.
The actual version that is on your Hard Drive does get saved.
This is due to the Backup Drive being set to your A: Drive and the program not being able to save to the A:
Drive either because you do not have an A: drive or you do not have a floppy disk. In either case the file does get saved to your hard drive either in the default script directory (..\Movie Magic Screenwriter\Scripts) or the location the file was originally opened in.
There are three options:
A. If you have a floppy A: drive put in a blank disk and allow it to back up to the A: Drive.
B. Set the program to Backup to another REMOVABLE Drive (like a USB memory stick or Zip drive, not a CD drive).
1) Go to File > Program Options.
2) Click the Startup/Files button on the Right.
3) Click Setup BackUp Drive,
4) Change the Backup Drive from A: to another location.
5) Click OK twice to return to your script.
C. Set the program not to prompt you at all.
1) Go to File > Program Options.
2) Click the Startup/Files button on the Right.
3) Click Setup BackUp Drive,
4) Check the box that says "Turn Off Automatic Prompt for Backup."
5) Click OK twice to return to your document.
