Q:  When I try to open a file from the File history list in Screenwriter 2000 (4.x), it says "File not found!"

This is a known issue if you are saving your file into a subfolder that is six levels deep and has been fixed in Screenwriter 6.

Ex.: C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Projects\Project_name\Drafts\Scripts

Try saving into a higher level (C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Projects\) or open the file using the File > Open menu.
