To add a page in between the title page and page one:

1. Click on Format > Element Styles, then choose Page Breaks on the right.  
2. Set “Starting Page Number” to zero (0).
3. Click OK.
4. Place the cursor at the very top of the document.
   
5. Then, add a Forced Page Break at the top of the script by pressing Control+Enter/Return.

The first page will now be zero (no numbering), where you can put your quote or other text such as a Cast of Characters. Page one (no numbering), then the rest will be numbered. To have more than one page, simply decrease the starting page number for every additional page, i.e., -1, -2, -3, etc.
