Q:  I get a message that the program or installer can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

When opening an installer or application download from the Internet on Mac OS 10.8 (Mountain Lion), you may be prompted with a message similar to the one in the screenshot below. This is due to the new GateKeeper option in Mountain Lion.

To get around this warning please download the latest installer for Movie Magic Screenwriter 6 or Dramatica Story Expert 5, both of which have been digitally signed for GateKeeper.
