To cut and paste text with the mouse:

Select the text using one of the methods described in Selecting Text. |

Click on the Edit menu or right click on the selected text. |
3. |
Choose Cut. |
4. |
Click where you want the text to be inserted. |
5. |
Click on the Edit menu or right click on the selected text. |
6. |
Choose Paste. |
NOTE: If you want to insert the text from an element into a different type of element (e.g., Action into Dialogue), choose Edit > Paste into Current Element.
