Under the Production menu, select Start Next Revision. From now on, Screenwriter automatically takes you through the steps to get to the next revision. When you select Start Next Revision, Screenwriter: |
•Removes all Revision Marks.
•Fixes all A-Pages.
•Locks the Header Text.
•Advances to the next Revision Draft Color.
•Prompts for a mandatory Save.
•Displays the Title Page Publisher, so you can add the next Revision Draft Color to the Running List and change the Date.
▪Click YES to have Screenwriter start the automated process.

New drafts must be saved Save the script, using the Save As command. Give it a different name to reflect the Date and its status as the next Revision Color draft (e.g. MyScript PINK). |
•Click on OK to go to the Title Page Publisher. Manually change the Running List, adding the current Date and Revision Draft Color. Click on OK to save the changes.

Make changes to the script, adding and deleting text as necessary. Save the file as you go. |

Issue Revised Pages by printing and distributing them. |

Go back to Step 1 of Start Next Revision. Repeat the process for each day's revisions. |

That's the Production Cycle completed. |
