Using Streamline is simple:
•Start Movie Magic Screenwriter.
•Open the document you wish to shorten.
•Run Streamline by selecting the Streamline command from the Tools menu.
•Press the Scan button.
•When Streamline completes the scan, examine the page saving opportunities presented.
•Select a suggestion.
•Make appropriate changes by editing the text in the Suggestion Details text field or by navigating to the text in the document. Navigate to the suggestion text by double-clicking on the suggestion or by pressing the Show In Script button.
•Close the Streamline window, or…
•If you want Streamline to find other page-saving opportunities, change the Streamline variables and rescan or use the Multi-scan option.
•Repeat as necessary.
•Rescan the document for new page saving opportunities after you have made edits or changes to the scanning preferences, or…
•Close the Streamline window to return to Screenwriter.
